Volunteer Roles
Guest Services
Welcome attendees, assist with check-in, and help guests navigate the venue with warmth and excellence.
Registration Desk
Manage ticket check-in, badge distribution, and attendee questions at the door.
Session Support
Assist speakers and panelists, manage room flow, and support session logistics throughout the day.
Vendor Marketplace
Help vendors set up, direct attendees to the marketplace, and support vendor needs all weekend.
Women of Impact Brunch
Support the Honors Brunch setup, seating, and ceremony logistics for this signature event.
Social Media & Photography
Capture moments, post live updates, and help amplify the summit experience online.
Stage & Production Crew
Support AV setup, microphone handoffs, stage transitions, and production flow during main sessions.
VIP Hospitality
Serve our VIP guests and speakers with premium hospitality — escorting, coordinating green room needs, and ensuring a first-class experience.
Prayer & Intercession Team
Cover the summit in prayer before and during the event. Serve as spiritual support for attendees, speakers, and the overall atmosphere.
Merchandise & Gift Bags
Manage T-shirt sales, VIP gift bag assembly and distribution, and merchandise inventory throughout the weekend.
